1. The flange cover of PTFE tube or pp tube valve cannot be arbitrarily disassembled. Unless it is ready to be connected to the pipeline, the PTFE flange surface may be knocked or scratched or deformed due to temperature difference or foreign objects, which may affect the seal, such as due to inspection If necessary, remove the cover plate. After inspection, the cover plate should be reset in time to maintain the PTFE sealing surface.
2. When connecting fluoroplastic lined pipes or valves, gaskets are generally no longer used separately, but when connecting with flange surfaces of different materials (metal surfaces, etc.), appropriate gaskets should be selected to maintain the PTFE sealing surface.
3. In principle, it is not allowed to do any gas cutting or welding on the pipeline or valve to avoid the formation of long-term damage to the lining layer. If special circumstances must cause fire, please contact our company in advance, our company will assist in handling related matters.
4. The flange nut should be tightened evenly and diagonally along the diagonal direction with proper torque when the device is installed: if leakage occurs on the sealing surface of the flange, and the leakage orientation nut is now locked, the leakage orientation nut should be loosened at this moment Circle, and then apply the same torque to the opposite side to lock again; if the above method still does not stop the leak, you should check the PTFE sealing surface for convex and concave indentations, scratches, and then use fine sandpaper and cloth to smooth and re-connect.
