1. Steel Lined PTFE Tube chemical properties:

Resistance to atmospheric aging: radiation resistance and low permeability: long-term exposure to the atmosphere, the surface and performance remain unchanged.

Flammability: Oxygen Limit index is below 90.

Acid and alkaline: insoluble in strong acids, alkalis and organic solvents.

Oxidation resistance: resistant to corrosion of strong oxidizing agent.

2. Steel lined PTFE pipe working characteristics:

Performance: Medium Operating temperature: -100℃~-250℃

Medium working pressure: Positive pressure: 2.5MPa, negative pressure under normal temperature 70KPa Corrosion Resistance: Steel PTFE composite pipe, in addition to molten metal lithium, potassium, sodium, chlorine fluoride, high temperature of the fluorinated oxygen, the liquid fluorine flow, it can withstand almost all chemical media, including concentrated nitric acid and aqua regia corrosion, it can be long-term at 230 ℃-250 ℃ temperature work. Steel polyvinylidene fluoride or other fluorine-like vinyl compound tube, halogen, halogenated hydrocarbons, strong oxidizing agent, boiling acid, alkali, a variety of organic solvents have good corrosion resistance, but not resistant to fuming sulfuric acid, concentrated hot sulfuric acid and nitric acid, 90 ℃ or more of ketones, esters, amines and high-temperature sulfonation agent corrosion.
