1、Ptfe Lined Dip Pipe Introduction
Ptfe Lined Dip Pipe is lined with chemically stable thermoplastic PTFE (Teflon or F4) and fabricated by special process. Combined with mechanical properties of steel tube and corrosion, scaling and microbe resistance of PTFE plastic, it is the ideal tube for delivery of strong acid, strong alkali, industrial salt, highly corrosive gas and other medium.
Heat resistance: Excellent high/low temperature resistance, significant thermal stability, available for continuous use under -190℃~260℃, not embrittled under cryogenic temperature, and not melted under high temperature.
Corrosion resistance: Resistant to corrosion of almost all chemicals and solvents, protecting parts from any chemical corrosion.
Atmospheric aging resistance: Surface and performance maintained after long-term exposure to atmosphere.
Non-adhesive: The minimum surface tension among solid materials to avoid adhesion of any substances.
Insulation: Strong dielectric property (dielectric strength 10kv/mm).
Lubricating, wear resistance: Low friction coefficient. Its coefficient of friction varies in the range 0.04~0.15 during load sliding; its strong lubricity results in prominent wear resistance.
Toxicity: Physiologically inert
