3、Features
a. High operating temperature: Under the condition of highly corrosive medium, it can meet all chemical mediums in the operating temperature range of -60℃~260℃.
b. Vacuum resistance: In the range -20℃~180℃, it can be used under the condition of local vacuum caused by cooling, longitudinal discharge and different operations of pumps and valves in chemical production.
c. High pressure resistance: It can endure high pressure up to 2.5Mpa in the operating temperature range, and negative pressure 70Kpa under normal temperature.
d. Penetration resistance: Quality resin is made into high-density PTFE lining layer of sufficient thickness by advanced lining process, making the product resistant to penetration.
e. Lined by integrated molding and sintering process to solve the problem of steel-fluorine expansion and shrinkage and realize synchronous expansion/shrinkage.
f. Standard dimensions are adopted; tubes and fittings in chemical pipeline are favorably interchangeable to enable easy mounting of spare parts.
